Joseph T. Spaniola, Composer (DMA ’00) releases a new composition written for and recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra. Violin soloist Davide Alogna performed “A Solitary Tree” on a “1690s ‘Stevens’ Stradivari” belonging to the first group of red varnished violins ever made.

Miran Vaupotić conducted the album “Symphonic Stradivarius” recorded on the  Navona Records label and is available on all streaming services. Spaniola’s composition, “A Solitary Tree,” can be heard at https://tinyurl.com/UNTSpaniola2025
